The Role
As a Technical Service Engineer, you will play a critical role in implementing our software at new and existing customers. Your technical expertise will ensure seamless installation, configuration, administration of our software and related systems.
What you'll do
  • Responsible for whole technical onboarding of our new customers and maintaining the existing ones
  • Responsible for technical kickoffs to installation up to customer acceptance
  • Install, configure, administer SmartNotes interfaces at customers
  • Install, configure, administer relational database management systems
  • Provide technical advice to professional and IT department
What you bring to the table
  • Work experience in Tech Support or Operational Services with training in IT profession or similar
  • Knowledge of Database systems and SQL queries
  • Knowledge of Windows operating systems. Linux and macOS is a plus
  • Knowledge of VBA and Office is a plus
  • Experience in technical project management is a plus
  • Strong communication skills in German and English
